Staff presented the Seder Residential Development Section 2 final plat, describing the project as 86 single-family attached lots on 10.4 acres to be served by public water and sewer and recommended approval contingent upon receipt of surety of $511,584 and a developer's agreement. A motion by Michael Bush, seconded by Mister Goff, carried to approve the final plat with those conditions.
