- Acceptance of two gifts: 200 yards of black dirt valued at $2,000 (donated by Woody Supply) and two bongos and one conga valued at $365 (donated by Carrie Kimmest). Motion moved and seconded; voice vote in favor; motion passed.
- Motion to adjourn; roll-call vote recorded as yes from members present; meeting adjourned.
