The study will use the same benchmark districts used in earlier phases and will include focus groups tailored to the administrative and professional technical roles. The administration noted that professional technical roles are varied and that the focus groups may need to treat them differently. The study timeline and methodology were provided as an attachment to the committee packet, and no formal committee action was required at this meeting.
