Board members asked about site circulation shown in the drawings (the applicant said the submittal showed two inbound arrows and one outbound arrow at the parking access) and confirmed that patio areas and some former doorway locations would be converted to windows. One board member said the sign appearance on the façade would create a neon-like glow but noted code compliance from the planning comments.
