West Chester to begin Taylor Run stream restoration behind North Everhart

John Renzo, the borough engineer from Pennoni, told the West Chester Borough Public Works Committee on Oct. 7 that a Taylor Run stream restoration project is scheduled to begin within weeks behind the orthodontist office at the corner of North Everhart and Hanham.
The project is an MS4 stormwater restoration to earn PRP credit for sediment reduction, Renzo said. He told the committee the work requires a Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection permit and approval from the Chester County Conservation District before construction can proceed.
