Parole board revokes Adrian Davis after work-release rule violation

Davis told the panel he did not understand why he was removed and disputed the employer's characterization that he was frequently disrespectful; he said he followed instructions and was surprised by the removal.
After questions the panel voted to revoke Davis's parole. Freeman said, “My vote today is to revoke.” The other two panelists stated they concurred and voted to revoke. The board noted Davis had been removed from work release after an employer reported he was disrespectful and argumentative, and the panel recorded the revocation decision in open session.
Board members told Davis the decision meant he would be returned to custody. The panel signed off at the end of the hearing.
