No party filed an opposing response, and counsel recommended allowing the company to withhold remaining highly confidential information until the conclusion of the ongoing acquisition activities, with a commitment from the company to release that information within two weeks after acquisition activities conclude. Commissioners agreed and directed an ABC decision to adopt the recommendation.
