Bloomington parks officials pitch expanded July 4, 2026 celebration; council weighs fireworks, drones and community events

"We always have a great turnout at Miller Park throughout the day," Wayne said, listing paddle-boat rides, zoo visits, mini golf, a car cruise and the evening Sky Concert Fireworks Show.
