The designation prompted the staff presentation outlining a pre-first interim multiyear projection (MYP), an outside fiscal health assessment and tighter monthly cash controls. “We have received our official communication from the county office of ed letting us know that they were designated us as a lack of going concern,” a district staff member said. “This was expected. I mean, it's been selected for months.”
