ZBA continues multiple White Oaks applications to Nov. 17 meeting

The Zoning Board on Oct. 20 continued several applications involving White Oaks Road and one multi‑unit proposal to the board’s Nov. 17 meeting at 6:30 p.m.
Applicants for 371 White Oaks Road requested a continuance; the board agreed to continue both the variance application (ZB2026‑016) and the related special exception (ZB2026‑017) to Nov. 17. An application for 238 White Oaks Road (ZB2026‑018), a revised proposal that had been reduced from 24 duplex units to 12 single‑family units, was also continued so applicants could present revised plans to a full board.
Board members and applicants said the continuances would give applicants an opportunity to address concerns and ensure a full complement of board members is present for substantive review. No substantive public hearing on those items occurred; the board set the next hearing date for Nov. 17 at 6:30 p.m.
