Commissioners discussed that air quality and paint operations are regulated at the state level and that landlord/tenant agreements might govern outdoor storage and operations in the complex. Several commissioners said they were comfortable recommending approval while suggesting the applicant and landlord consider operational practices to avoid overspray or conflicts with neighboring tenants.
Commissioner Mitchell moved to recommend approval of CDash25Dash11 with staff findings and conditions; Commissioner Davis seconded. Commissioners Davis, Mitchell and Bullock voted "aye." The recommendation will be forwarded to City Council.
