- Annual urban renewal report, fiscal year 2025: Ryan Erickson said filing is required by the state; the report covered two TIF areas (Grow Woodbury and Platinum Grain). Other fiscal items noted: The board discussed an actuarial shortfall for the county’s self-insured health plan (plan year ending June 30, 2025); the actuary recommended increasing funding or transferring funds to cover an $816,700 incurred-but-not-yet-paid reserve. County staff said they will present a formal transfer next week to cover an approximate $125,000 shortfall (this transfer was discussed but not voted on at the meeting).
