Resolutions and contract items - Adopted a resolution to approve the Middle Peninsula Northern Neck Behavioral Health biennial performance contract (fiscal years 26-27) as required by the Code of Virginia; motion approved by voice vote. - Adopted a resolution authorizing county administration to accept and locally administer $988,000 in Federal Highway Administration congressionally designated spending funds for construction of pathways for phase 2 of the Triway Trail. County staff noted the funds apply to the segment described as Bridal Gate to Compass and that VDOT rephasing affects local phase labels.
