City staff described the request as a routine cleanup following the plat approved in August; the council opened and closed the public hearing with no public comment and then adopted the ordinance by a unanimous 7‑0 vote.
A City Council motion directed staff to record the easement vacation with Hennepin County and proceed with the next administrative steps needed to implement the plat modifications.
