The Terrell Planning and Zoning Commission on Sept. 25 approved routine procedural items including the Aug. 28 meeting minutes and the consent agenda (items 7.1–7.3), which included final plat approvals.
The chair asked if commissioners had reviewed the Aug. 28 minutes and a motion to approve the minutes passed on a voice vote. Later in the meeting staff summarized the consent agenda and explained that recent changes make construction-plat reviews administrative: if zoning and building standards are met and departments sign off, the process is handled administratively and the commission will forward recommendations to city council where appropriate. Commissioners then voted to approve consent items 7.1–7.3 by voice vote.
No members of the public spoke on the items. The commission adjourned after the agenda concluded.
