- 4-H Office remodel (UC-25-14) contract award to Green River Construction: Approved. Contract amount $394,000; Wasatch West Contracting found nonresponsive to RFP mandatory requirements.
- Ratification of conflict-counsel contract: Approved. Ratified an already-signed contract for attorney Brian Fries at $120/hour for one case.
- Conflict-attorney hourly rate increase: Approved. Rate increased from $90 to $120 per hour and to be reflected on county forms immediately (see separate article).
- Road maintenance agreement with 2X Services Inc.: Approved. Standard road maintenance agreement to work on Kingswell Road and Asphalt Wash Road.
- Regional Hazard Mitigation Plan: Adoption acknowledged following FEMA approval. Staff said FEMA has approved the update for five years.
- Lease renewal with UNF Fire Suppression Special Service District: Approved. Lease for 1,632 square feet starting Jan. 1, 2026, through Dec. 31, 2031, at $1,894.48 per month with 2.5% annual escalation starting Jan. 2027.
- Purchase of small parcel from Questar Gas/Enbridge Gas, Utah: Approved. County will purchase a 0.01-acre parcel (parcel 041250049) for $6,000 to complete a trail segment (Sanneker Service Canal Trail). Funding from 15% set-aside of quarter-percent sales tax for active transportation.
- Rezoning (parcel 040230033) from MG-1 (mining and grazing) to A-1 (agricultural): Approved. Property just over 7 acres near Dry Fork; planning commission recommended approval 4–0 after no public comment.
- Ordinance 930202501 (amend Title 12, Streets and Public Places, to increase minimum contractor insurance): Approved. Minimum insurance requirement increased from $1,000,000 to $2,000,000 for contractors working on county roads/encroachments.
- Planning Commission appointment: Approved. Zach Moody appointed as alternate member through Dec. 31, 2025.
- Motion to enter closed session: Approved. Commissioners voted to go into closed session to discuss purchase, exchange or lease of real property and to return to adjourn.
