The Milwaukee City Plan Commission approved its meeting minutes, adopted a list of proposed meeting dates for 2026 (file 250,843) and adjourned its hybrid session.

Commissioners unanimously approved the previous meeting's minutes after a motion and second. The commission then considered the proposed 2026 meeting calendar. Staff said dates were selected to avoid major conflicts with holidays and city committee schedules. Commissioners queried the proposed November date because it falls the Monday after Thanksgiving; staff said the commission could poll members later in the year and move that meeting if needed.

A motion to approve the 2026 dates passed on a voice vote. With no further business, a motion to adjourn was made, seconded and approved.

The record shows Commissioner Allison Nemec was excused from the meeting.
