Verbanek asked that the minutes reflect two items: that the board met in executive session earlier in the day “as permitted by the Sunshine Act to consult with an attorney about active litigation,” and that both Chair Verbanek and Chancellor Gable signed the Atlantic Coast Conference attestation delegating administration of athletics to the chancellor.
