Larry Bruchaber, a long‑time resident and member of the Criminal Justice Board, described the plan as an implementation phase following an earlier update to the county's comprehensive community corrections plan. "This plan hopefully will maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of our Butler County criminal justice system," Bruchaber said.
