Committee Chair Linda called the meeting to order at 4:03 p.m. and introduced members present. The committee moved and seconded approval of the minutes for the Sept. 17, 2025 meeting; Jean Harris seconded the motion and members voted in favor.
The committee then began a section-by-section comparison of the Rockport charter against Lago Vista’s draft, flagging items for possible adoption or revision, including annexation clauses, planning and zoning provisions, and election procedures.
