"Since we approved some personnel changes and some recommendations for personnel there, it is my pleasure to introduce our newly appointed now supervisor of operations, Mr. Mike Zendeck. Mike starts tomorrow," Dr. Scanlon said. He also thanked Raven Carey for her preparatory work ahead of the Oct. 14 ribbon-cutting.
The board voted on personnel items in Section 6 of the agenda; separate motions were handled for a list of personnel recommendations and one separated item (Section 6, letter L) passed on a 6–3 vote, the board said. The board did not provide job descriptions or salary details during the meeting.
