- Order 25093009 (PeopleSoft contract amendment with SPEARMC): Approved 5-0. The order authorizes a contract amendment to implement grants and commitment-control modules in the county’s PeopleSoft financial system and delegates authority to the county administrator to execute future amendments provided the total contract expense does not exceed $2,667,300.

The two ordinances (2505 and 2507) were presented as first readings with staff introductions; the board reserved substantive questions and debate for the second reading and public hearing so members of the public would have the benefit of hearing full discussion during that later hearing.
