The commission approved DRH25-00261 (809 East State Street) by roll call vote (Montoto, Otter, Parks, Sales and Moore voting yes).
Two items were deferred to the commission's next regular meeting on Oct. 27, 2025. DRH25-00206 (1504 South Vista Avenue) was not heard because the site was not posted in time and required legal notice was not provided; staff noted no action would be taken tonight and the item will be re‑noticed for Oct. 27. DRH25-00212 (630 East Crawl Street) was deferred at the applicant's request; Commissioner Moore moved to defer and Commissioner Otter seconded; the motion carried.
No appeals or formal challenges were filed during the meeting; appeals of administrative decisions are available to City Council if filed within 10 days as the commission's staff explained at the start of the hearing.
