The commission approved the consent agenda, which included personnel actions (retirement, resignation, and new hires) and special-event alcohol permits, by roll call vote. Final pay applications for two completed projects also were approved. Commissioners voted to declare assorted city property surplus and to set an online auction closing Oct. 21, 2025.
