A motion to install signage and permit enforcement passed by voice vote. Staff directed the Road & Bridge department to place signs and coordinate with the sheriff's office on enforcement timing. Commissioners said posting the limit would make enforcement feasible and requested initial public education and warning enforcement before issuing citations.
