Planning staff presented a resolution and a revised Red Brick Engineering restoration plan dated Jan. 24, 2025 (revised May 22, 2025). The board found the action to be a Type II action for purposes of the State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) and issued a negative declaration, concluding a full environmental impact statement is not required for the restoration as submitted.
The board’s approval affirms that the submitted restoration work is consistent with Town code Chapter 125 and authorizes the planning board chair to sign and stamp the approved site plan, subject to standard conditions (payment of outstanding fees, submission of final plan sets and any professional-inspection cost assurances). Planning staff said vegetation requirements previously listed were satisfied and removed a prior condition now met.
The resolution directs the planning-board secretary to provide the approval resolution to the applicant and to note remaining administrative steps. Planning staff said the applicant had submitted a letter of completion from Red Brick Engineering and that outstanding minor edits were incorporated into the approval before the chair’s signature.
