Supervisors asked for more documentation from CFR, including itemized invoices and data showing how opioid-specific funds will be distinguished from non-opioid services. One supervisor asked for the proposed agreement to be circulated to all board members; another asked staff to confirm which opioid dollars may be used for detox versus other substance use treatment. The board agreed to table the item to allow review of the agreement and supporting invoices.
Outcome: The board voted to table the agreement (motion to table carried unanimously). The item will return for review at the next meeting after staff circulation of the proposed agreement and supporting documentation.
