The Oklahoma City Planning Commission on Aug. 28 voted to recommend approval of PUD 20-86, a 160-acre plan to rezone land at 14900 North Mustang Road for predominately single-family development and a group of duplexes. Commissioners approved the recommendation after negotiating amendments with the applicant that were designed to address neighbors’ concerns about density, visual impact and drainage.
The changes agreed at the hearing require no access from Northwest 150th Street, a modified screening requirement along the north and west boundaries, and minimum lot sizes and landscaping along those edges. Commissioner Noble moved the recommendation with the amended technical evaluations; Commissioner LaForge seconded it. The commission recommended approval.
