The Grand County Budget Advisory Board voted to approve the minutes from its Sept. 19, 2025, meeting during the board’s regular session on Sept. 26, 2025.

Board member Whitfield made the motion to approve the draft minutes and the motion was seconded by Dean. After an attendance correction noting two members were absent when the earlier oral tally was taken, board members recorded the motion as passed 5–0.

The correction was offered during roll call by a board member who said Treasurer Kaufman and another member were not present when the board initially declared a unanimous vote; the minutes were updated to show the final vote tally as 5–0.

No further action was taken on the minutes.

The vote came at the start of the Sept. 26 meeting, which chiefly covered department budget presentations and did not include additional formal votes besides the minutes approval.
