The board voted unanimously (3‑0) to: award a contract for historical book restoration services to Cofile Technology Link for $96,291.50 as recommended by the registry of deeds; approve an Optima Communications System, Inc., sole‑source waiver for communications equipment in the new building for $89,380.24; and approve an Amazon bid waiver to purchase 67 televisions for the new building at a total cost of $18,815, with roughly $12,300 of that to be covered by American Express points as noted in the meeting.
