Staff described ongoing discussions about how to display new ASALA panels being produced at the Foundry — whether on the fountain, on a stage, or another format — and said the panels are currently being poured.
Staff also announced the city closed recruitment for a new full‑time event specialist position and received 79 applicants. The position is intended to support public and cultural events, and staff said they aim to fill it by the end of the year.
