Resolutions
- Resolution 2025-19: Approved a resolution to vacate an unused portion of a right-of-way on North 20 Fifth Street requested by John Haskowitz. Planning & Zoning recommended approval conditioned on reserving easements for a water main and other utilities (a 10-foot easement on either side). Council vote recorded in favor and the motion passed.
- Resolution 2025-20: Approved surplus of unused pickleball court resurfacing material. Staff advised the material is about one year old and may lose suitability for application after roughly two years.

- Approved Plat of Moccasin Springs, Tracts 12 and 3 of Second Minnequata addition to Hot Springs. - Approved Plat of Van Sherrill, Tracts 1 and 2 of Block 10, Fargo and Prentice addition to Hot Springs.

- Approved travel/training for Assistant Finance Officer Ariel Allison to attend Secure South Dakota's CISA incident response workshop in Rapid City on Sept. 30. - Approved travel/training for City Administrator Jacqueline Kelsey to attend the South Dakota Municipal League annual conference Sept. 30—Oct. 3 in Pierre.
