Communications reports five community-cabinet signs ready for install, three under school IGA

Communications staff reported that five community-cabinet signs have been manufactured and are ready for installation. Three of the signs are part of an intergovernmental agreement (IGA) with local schools and will be installed at the Early Childhood Education Center, Englewood High School and Clayton Elementary; those signs will carry school information on one side and city information on the other.
Staff said a fourth sign will be installed at River Run Park near the Bridal Tee Golf Course to reach cyclists and park users. The fifth will be sited in the Wellness District on Old Hampden at Hampden and Pearl and will initially display updates related to the Old Hampden complete-streets project.
Communications staff offered to answer implementation questions and said installation scheduling and final placement would be coordinated with the relevant departments and school partners.
