Logan said the site plan had been reviewed at previous meetings and that “I don't see any other comments from the other department,” indicating no outstanding planning department objections.
Applicant Matthew Miller (listed on the agenda as the requester) did not speak at the public podium. A commissioner moved to accept the site plan "as submitted," another commissioner seconded, and commissioners approved the motion by voice vote; the chair announced the motion passed after an “aye” vote.
Staff showed site photos, widened access at the rear of the parcel to improve circulation, demonstrated required sidewalks along Murfreesboro Road, and displayed architectural elevations and materials.
