Municipal and utilities engineering director Harris told the council the sewer project will “slip line about 4,800 feet of pipe and replace through trenching technology about 3,900 feet of pipe” and will replace 18 manholes; staff estimated the work will take about 60 days. The council awarded the sewer contract to Trico General Engineering for an amount not to exceed $1,494,516. Council also authorized a $529,406.26 contract to Garcon Construction Inc. for citywide sidewalk repairs and Americans with Disabilities Act curb ramps, and approved a sole‑source professional…
