Trustee Dominguez asked why operational items such as HVAC and maintenance were not explicitly listed on the schedule; Coelpau said operational inputs would appear in other presentations (for example, the September opening‑of‑school presentation) while the transitional schedule focuses on outputs and progress measures.
Several trustees suggested timing adjustments for future reports — for example moving some budget or graduation items to earlier months so the board can review semester‑level data sooner — but did not propose amendments to the transitional schedule itself. Superintendent Ebert thanked Coelpau for her work and noted she will depart district service soon; trustees and the superintendent recognized her contributions before the vote.
The board’s action preserves regular monitoring while the district builds a new strategic plan and aligns governance policy revisions with the superintendent. Staff said more detailed monitoring dashboards will follow as the planning work proceeds.
