At a Sept. 16 special meeting, the Everman City Council opened a public hearing and adopted a proposed property tax rate for tax year 2025 of $1.02608 per $100 of taxable valuation, city staff said. Council members approved Resolution No. 2025-09-01 and Ordinance No. 843 to ratify and levy the rate.
