Council voted to approve: payment of bills; minutes for the Sept. 2 regular meeting and an Aug. 26 special meeting; Resolution 35-25 setting a public hearing to consider an access-easement vacation (file VACA-004-2025); a consultant agreement authorizing the mayor to sign with Jennifer Ziegler Public Affairs for legislative advocacy; Amendment No. 2 to an engineering services agreement with RH2 for wetland mitigation permitting and design; and authorizations for the mayor to sign commercial real estate purchase-and-sale agreements for Lot Number 3 (1.00 acre) and Lot Number 1 (1.41 acres) in short plat 3742.
A council member moved to approve the consent agenda and another seconded; the council voted by voice, with the mayor declaring the motion carried. No separate roll-call vote or individual item debate was recorded during the meeting.
All items were handled as part of the single consent vote and will proceed according to the usual administrative processes; the council did not take separate action on any individual consent item during the meeting.
