Board Clerk Maggie Smith called the roll and confirmed seven of seven board members were present. A motion to approve the agenda as published was moved and seconded and passed by voice vote. Later, after staff reports and presentations, a motion to approve the consent agenda was made, seconded and approved by voice vote; no items were pulled for separate discussion.
