Hollidaysburg Borough Council on Sept. 11 approved a conditional-use permit to allow outdoor dining at 310–312 Allegheny Street, the site of a planned restaurant the applicant said will be called the Reserve at Hollidaysburg.
The permit, sought by Brian Buffone, permits a brick patio with cast-iron fencing and handicap access ramps as shown in submitted plans. The planning commission and the borough Historical Architectural Review Board (HARB) both recommended the request in favor before the council hearing.
