The Clearfield City Council on Sept. 23 unanimously approved four formal items: the 2024–25 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for Community Development Block Grants, an ordinance amending Title 15 of the Clearfield City Code to address murals, ratification of a national opioid settlement with Purdue Pharma and members of the Sackler family, and an interlocal agreement allowing the city to use the America250 trademark logo.
The CAPER, presented by staff member Allison, reported $348,077.13 spent across public services, arts-center improvements, parks/aquatics updates and administration, leaving a balance of $57,373.41. Council voted to approve the CAPER and authorize any necessary signatures.
Council then approved ordinance 2025-520 to retitle and revise Clearfield City Code Title 15 (public art → mural art).
