Gardiner council unanimously approves short-term rental rules, business licenses and event permit

At its Oct. 1 meeting, the Gardiner City Council voted unanimously to adopt amendments to its land use ordinance and city code governing short-term rentals and approved several local business licenses and a temporary outside-consumption permit for an October event.
The Gardiner City Council on Oct. 1 approved amendments to section 7, section 10 and section 17 of the Land Use Ordinance and section 5.13 of the City Code pertaining to short-term rentals, and unanimously granted a set of local business licenses and a one-night outside-consumption permit.
