Gifts and donations: The board voted to accept a donation of slightly more than $12,000 from the Massachusetts Government Information Systems Association to the town’s IT department to support regional IT work, cybersecurity and the North Shore IT Collaborative. IT staffer Colby Cousins told the board the funds came from a dissolved regional association and that Danvers was chosen to receive the money because of the town’s work with the North Shore IT Collaborative.
