Commissioner Buck moved to approve the invoices as presented; Commissioner Ray seconded. Speaker 1 recorded the motion and called for discussion. Hearing none, Speaker 1 said, “all in favor say aye,” and the court voice-voted the motion carried with no opposition stated.
The court did not attach additional conditions to the disbursement. The payables packet will be included in the official meeting record.
