We have approved several of these in the past. Again, this is specifically focusing on the Jacobsville neighborhood area,” she said.
Board members approved the access agreement by voice vote. Danielle said the approval authorizes EPA personnel to enter the identified parcels to continue testing and, if required, remediation under EPA oversight.
