The Exeter Township School Board voted unanimously Sept. 16 to approve a collective bargaining agreement between the district and the Exeter Township Education Support Professionals, PSEA-NEA, covering July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2028.
The agreement was recommended to the board by the Personnel Committee. "It is recommended that the Board of School Directors approve the collective bargaining agreement between the Exeter Township School District and the Exeter Township Education Support Professionals, PSEA NEA, for the period 07/01/2025 through 06/30/2028," Personnel Committee chair Dr. Herrick told the board before a motion and second were recorded.
Board members voiced no discussion during the vote. The presiding officer called for the roll; the board recorded unanimous approval with all nine members present voting in favor. The meeting packet did not include wage rates or other economic terms in the excerpted discussion; those details were not specified during the public portion of the meeting.
The vote follows an executive session held earlier the same day in which the board discussed "renewal of administrator contracts," according to the meeting announcement. The agreement approved Sept. 16 governs district support staff represented by the PSEA-NEA through the 2027–28 school year.
