Board hears facilities update: Jury Field lighting finished, Brecht roof near completion; zoning approved for maintenance building

Renter also said RLPS was selected as the architect for a district project that was mentioned in the meeting as the "niche router project." The transcript spelling of that project name was unclear; the board member said staff will meet with RLPS later this month to begin design work.
No formal vote was required for the facilities update; steps described are procedural and will proceed through staff and regulatory submittals.
