Greene County commissioners approve $500,000 infrastructure grant, $700,000 conditional PHARE award and multiple contracts and appointments

Greene County commissioners on Sept. 4, 2025 in Waynesburg approved a $500,000 grant for infrastructure work at Progress Drive, agreed to a conditional $700,000 award from the Pennsylvania Housing Affordability and Rehabilitation Enhancement (PHARE) Fund, and approved multiple vendor contracts, program reports and an appointment to the farmland preservation board.
