The nominating committee of Danvers Community Access Television presented a slate of three nominees for three-year trustee terms beginning Oct. 1, 2025, and the membership approved the slate by voice vote during the annual meeting on Sept. 25, 2025.
"We nominated for reelection the following directors for 3 year terms to begin on 10/01/2025 to run through 09/30/2028," Sandra Lane, a member of the nominating committee, said as she read the slate. The committee named Drew (first name only provided in the meeting), Deb Zarzello and JD Martz as nominees; the nominees will join the six trustees whose terms do not expire this year to maintain a nine-member board.
A motion "to accept the slate as presented" received a second and carried on a voice vote; the meeting record shows the chair called for "Aye" and, finding no opposition, declared the slate accepted. The nominating committee statement was submitted "this day of 09/25/2025" and recorded by Sandra Lane.
The newly approved terms will run from Oct. 1, 2025, through Sept. 30, 2028.
