Airport trust approves consent agenda items, contracts and resolutions across Will Rogers, Wiley Post and smaller airports

At Will Rogers International Airport trustees approved final acceptance of passenger boarding-bridge replacement (Phase 2), approved construction and roof contracts, ratified a lease agreement with U.S. Customs and Border Protection, approved airport use and ground services agreements, and ratified operations and maintenance agreements including a retroactive agreement with Transdev for rental-car shuttles through September 2029. Trustees also approved several construction change orders and engineering amendments, plans for apron and parking-garage work, advertising for multi-hangar painting, procurement resolutions including an air-carry incentive program effective Sept. 1, 2025, and a sole-source purchase of a Skidata parking-access software upgrade.
At Wiley Post trustees approved the PWA FBO LLC lease (item e) and then approved additional Wiley Post items, including construction and lease agreements for corporate hangars, broker-service RFP ratification, drainage and taxi-lane construction contract amendments, and substantial-completion ratifications associated with Duet and Globe construction contracts.
Trustees also approved audit and multi-year maintenance, environmental compliance and security contracts; the purchase of janitorial supplies; a financial reporting software subscription; assignment and taxi-lane contracts at Lisonbee Page Airport; easements for utility and property access; and resolutions ratifying requisition payments. The meeting concluded with trustees expressing support for recent airline route announcements, including Southwest’s renewed service to Dallas Love Field and new or increased frequencies to Nashville and Chicago Midway.
